Working with the Blooming Co-op

We are only able to continue the work we do to promote & provide sustainable alternatives with the help of people just like you!

Working with a co-operative is very different from working almost anywhere else. Imagine totally flexible hours to fit around you & your family, training & support, a positive friendly environment, working with people who care about the same things as you & working to make a positive difference to our world.

What we do & how we do it is decided by active co-op members, who have ultimate responsibility for the financial, social & environmental management of the organisation. If you feel you have any skills, time or just enthusiasm to offer the co-op, we'd like to hear more!

We are also very interested in providing support for new trading & income-generation ideas. If you have an idea you would like to make a reality, maybe the Blooming Co-op is the way to make this happen. The co-op was formed by two parents who were prepared to put the blood, sweat & tears that goes in to setting up any new organisation or business, and we would welcome any social entrepreneur to join us who has the same passion & drive to make a real difference.
